The nights in the Allgäu are still as dark as almost in the mountains themselves and when the sun slowly rises and blinks through the small chalet windows, the morning greets us in all its glory. At the latest, the fresh breakfast basket filled with so much love (fresh baked goods from the village's own family bakery, fresh dairy products from the region, fruit and lots of preferences that you can name on the day of arrival) is in front of the chalet door. With a hearty breakfast, maybe even with a crackling tiled stove, you can make the best plans of the day.

In the chalet village of Alpzitt in the Allgäu
In the south of Bavaria - directly in the Alps and yet only 2 hours away from Munich - we are at home. Our lovingly built chalets & holiday apartments embody architecture that is very much based on mountain huts and equipped with a fine interior that lacks no luxury. And yet it's not the elements that make our chalet village so special... It's not the private sauna in every chalet, the free-standing bathtubs or our sleep-inducing stone pine beds. Rather, we believe, it is the morning breakfast basket filled with love, which is stocked according to the preferences of our guests, the honest and home-loving cuisine that our chef de cuisine conjures up anew every day in the restaurant, and the philosophy of the hosts themselves to improve themselves every day, that Attention to detail, wanting to make every "corner" perfect, no matter how small.

A la carte in the evening. Just like at breakfast, our pleasure work should also combine meeting place and culinary delights in the chalet village in the evening. Our guests are free to choose whether they would rather have dinner in the chalet or end the day in a sociable atmosphere in our “Genusswerk”.

The Mühlenweiher in our chalet village, as a reservoir and fed by the village stream, used to be water power to drive the sawmill. Today bodies of water and habitat for trout and char and a gem to relax and unwind.

Orchard called "Buind" in the Allgäu, it represents the orchard in front of the house. Our orchards are practically inventory of the chalet village and tell their own stories through their deep past ;-) get yourself an apple in our chalet village from the tree.

This is the home of our dear "roommates". Of course, they also live in a small chalet ;-) and are comfortable all year round.

Son Korbinian spends his free time in summer (next to school) on the managed Mittelalpe on the Riedberg Pass. An insider tip that promises a special day both in summer and in winter. A wonderful hiking trail leads from the bus stop on the Riedberg Pass, without major differences in altitude, on a well-paved hiking trail to the Mittelalpe. Here at 1,420m you can listen to the silence of nature and discover untouched nature. After a delicious snack or homemade cake, you return the same way.
3 PM UHR
If you want to relax after the active part, you can dive into a cool or warm (depending on your taste) water in your private hot pot on the terrace of your chalet. Of course, you could also treat yourself to a sauna session. Can do everything, don't have to. Whether bathing fun or sauna relaxation - in any case a little time out for mind, body and soul.
5 PM UHR
After your body has been able to relax in the warm bath, a visit to the sauna provides the icing on the cake when it comes to relaxation. The very private sauna session with fine, exquisite infusions ensures a unique moment of relaxation that belongs only to you. A little time out for the mind, a little fun for the thoughts. "Don't think so often about what you lack, but about what you have."
7 PM UHR
Our kitchen team sets the course for the "fine dining" of the evening in the morning. It is planned, ordered, discussed and created with which fine things the guests are spoiled in the evening. Your requirement is our passion. And that's why we never tire of getting even better, of internalizing our own fresh and home-related approaches more and more deeply. Of course, the eye also eats and so the "trappings" must always be perfect for us. "Enjoy the moment, because the moment is your life."
9 PM UHR
At home, appointments, appointments or just a good TV program are chasing. Here and now, as so often in our chalet village, the moment counts. For us there is almost nothing better than sitting outside in the quiet nature after an eventful day and reviewing the day by a blazing fire. A nice conversation, a good glass of wine and both have their depth that is so often lost in everyday life.

Just as every season has its "specials", the day in all its facets and times also has its special features for us. Above all, we love the evenings. Eventful days are followed by "quiet" evenings. In everyday life, you often go under from exhaustion, household or television programs or fizzle out in stress. Here in our chalet village you win. Those evenings when you get a good glass of wine in the Genusswerk and relax in front of the fire bowl. The fire blazes quietly and seeks its way over the logs towards the sky. You talk about the day and maybe also the topics that are otherwise neglected. We love our "after work".

Barbecue evenings with mountain ambience
In the We start warm months again (every Thursday) with our popular barbecue evenings A fine glass of wine by the fire bowl, nice conversations in our outdoor lounge and regional grilled delicacies let the summer day end comfortably. Meat, fish and of course vegetarian highlights are grilled. Our kitchen team around our chef de cuisine Alex is looking forward to mild twilight moments a`la Alpzitt. Life is too short for someday. The first Alpzitt Grilling & Chilling will take place on June 15 (depending on the weather).
