...in Ofterschwang and Bolsterlang (valid summer season 01.05. - 01.11.2023)
On your arrival we book you the "Free ride with the Hörner mountain railroads" (Hörnerbahn in Bolsterlang and Weltcupexpress in Ofterschwang) on your guest card. During your stay in the chalet village you can use the mountain railroads once a day free of charge.
The mountain stations of both cable cars are an ideal starting point for family hikes (even with a buggy), hut visits, high-altitude panoramic hikes or challenging day tours. Always with a magnificent view of the Illertal valley, the main ridge of the Allgäu Alps and all-round views as far as the Tyrolean Alps.
No long waiting at the ticket office. Your ticket will be loaded at check-in in the chalet village and you can comfortably go through the turnstile of the mountain railroad without waiting.

From check-in, our guests also receive daily free admission to the natural swimming pool across the street. It offers water fun for all those who would like to "swim lanes" once in the morning or are simply looking for a cool down after a nice hike. A large sunbathing lawn with plenty of shaded areas as well as a wide range of activities that await you and the best thing is that you can reach the pool just a stone's throw away from the chalet village.
The outdoor pool offers a fantastic mountain view, a children's paddling area, an adventure playground, a water ropeway, 5-meter diving tower, 50-meter pool, family slide, large sunbathing lawn, beach volleyball, café / bistro with sun terrace.

Vacation without car
In our region Alpsee-Grünten this is possible! Just leave your car and use the free bus ticket.
Sounds good? Is good! And very easy! Just get on the bus, show your guest card "Allgäu-Walser-Card" and relax to your destination. All chalet guests receive the guest card at check-in. You can go hiking in the Allgäu mountains or shopping in town by bus without traffic jams and the search for a parking space. The Ringbus line 11 connects the towns of Sonthofen, Immenstadt, Rettenberg, Blaichach-Gunzesried and Burgberg in a ring service and takes you to the most beautiful destinations in the region. No matter which bus line you choose - our chalet guests can use all bus lines in the region free of charge.
