DAILY PRICES
The daily rates are per person per night plus visitor's tax. This includes a rich breakfast and our Alpzitt inclusive services. Alpzitt's prices are set on a flexible pricing system. This is based on your booking period, length of stay and demand. This is why we list "prices from" on our website. The earlier you book your time out in the mountains, the better the price! Surcharges apply for shorter stays and weekends. All chalets and apartments are bookable from 3 or 5 nights depending on the season. Our chalets and holiday apartments can be booked by 2 or more people.
The daily price for each additional adult / child is:
- Adults 110,- Euro (chalet) and 40,- Euro (chalet-apartment)
- Children from 15 - 17 years 90,-Euro (Chalet) and 40,- Euro (Chalet-apartments)
- Children from 4 - 14 years 70,-Euro (Chalet) and 20,- Euro (Chalet-apartments)
- Children up to 3 years stay free of charge
DOGS
- Dogs are welcome in 4 designated chalets
- Dogs are allowed only after written confirmation, otherwise we retain an additional cleaning fee, depending on the amount of work
- The daily rate per dog is 25,- Euro (without food)
- For hygienic reasons we ask you not to let dogs on the bed, on benches and sofas
- Dogs are not allowed in our restaurant "s'Genusswerk"
- Out of consideration for the other guests, we ask you to keep dogs on a leash and to clean up after them
- Other pets are not allowed
PAYMENT
In order to finalize your reservation, we ask you to transfer 30% of the tour price within 10 days after receiving your reservation confirmation.
CANCELLATION
Should you not be able to use your confirmed booking, we ask you to inform us of your cancellation in writing. The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to 8 weeks (56 days) before arrival is free of charge
- In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks (28 days) before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of your booking.
- In case of cancellation at a later date as well as late arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the total amount.
We recommend the inclusion of a travel cancellation insurance. You can take out an insurance policy quickly and easily here.
General Information
Arrival and departure
- On the day of arrival your chalet is ready for occupancy from 3:00 pm.
- The check-in and the handing over of the keys can take place earlier after consultation.
- On the day of departure the chalet is at your disposal until 10.00 am
- The check-out is possible in the time from 08.00 am to 10.00 pm
- For a quick check-out, payment in advance is possible
Mealtimes
- We deliver our Alpzitt breakfast in the time from 08:00 am – 09:00 am into the Chalet
- On reservation until 5:00 pm of the same day, we offer our guests our chalet dishes in the evening also served in the chalet!
- Our culinary delights can be seen in our menu
- Opening hours kitchen Genusswerk: snack menu from 2:00 -5:00 pm / kitchen a la carte from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Reception hours
- Monday - Saturday from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Sunday & holidays from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

- Next to the pond are our chickens and goats, which are happy to have visitors at the fence
- Feeding and petting is unfortunately not possible

Bicycles and e-bike rental
- In our Radstadl you can park your bike at any time
- E-bike rental is possible on site through our partner. Two rental bikes are also already available for you on the premise

Rental

- E-bike rental is possible on site through our partner. Two rental bikes are also already available for you in the chalet village.

Magazines like "Die Allgäuerin" and "Landlust" as well as the Allgäuer Zeitung are available in the village house "Huigarté"
Night rest
