Daily prices
The daily prices are per person per night plus visitor's tax, including a rich breakfast and our Alpzitt inclusive services. Alpzitt's prices are based on a flexible pricing system. This depends on your booking period, length of stay and demand, which is why we have listed "from prices" on our website. The earlier you book your time out in the mountains, the better the price! Surcharges for shorter stays and weekends. All chalets and vacation apartments can be booked from 3 or 5 nights depending on the season and for a minimum of 2 people.
The daily price for each additional adult/child is:
- Adults 120,- Euro
- Children from 15- 17 years 95,- Euro (chalet) and 40,- Euro (chalet apartments)
- Children from 4 - 14 years 75,- Euro (chalet) and 20,- Euro (chalet apartments)
- Children up to 3 years stay free of charge
Dogs
- Dogs are welcome in the 4 designated chalets
- Dogs may only be brought along after written confirmation, otherwise we allow ourselves to charge an additional cleaning fee, depending on the effort
- The daily rate/dog is 25,- Euro (without food)
- For hygienic reasons we ask you, dogs are not allowed in the bed, on benches and sofas
- Dogs are unfortunately not allowed in our restaurant "s'Genusswerk"
- In consideration of the other guests, we ask you to keep dogs on a leash and remove any soiling
- Other pets are not allowed
Down payment
In order to finalize your reservation, we ask you to transfer 30% of the travel price within 10 days of receiving your reservation confirmation.
Cancellation
If you are unable to make use of your confirmed booking, we ask that you notify us in writing of your cancellation. The following cancellation conditions apply:
- If you cancel up to 8 weeks (56 days) before arrival, this is possible free of charge.
- If you cancel up to 4 weeks (28 days) before arrival, we will charge 50% of the total amount of your trip.
- If you cancel at a later date or arrive late or depart early, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the total amount.

General information
Arrival and departure
- On the day of arrival, your chalet is ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm
- Check-in and handing over the keys can take place earlier after consultation
- On the day of departure, the chalet is at your disposal until 10.00 a.m.
- The check-out is possible from 08.00 am to 10.00 am
- Payment in advance is possible for a quick check-out
Meal times
- We deliver our Alpzitt breakfast to you in the time from
08.00 am - 09.00 am to the chalet - If ordered in advance by 17:00 on the same day, we also offer our guests our chalet dishes served in the chalet in the evening!
- Our culinary delights can be found on our menu
- Opening hours kitchen Genusswerk: snack menu from 14:00 -17:00 / kitchen a la carte from 17:30 -20:30
Reception hours
- Monday - Saturday from 8.00 am - 7 pm
- Sunday & public holidays from 8.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.

Restaurant "Genusswerk"
- The Genusswerk is the heart of our chalet village and brings our guests together in a convivial atmosphere

Travel relaxed by bus or train and rent a car in Kempten from a car rental company such as Sixt or Avis to explore the region flexibly - this way you combine sustainable mobility with maximum freedom on vacation.
Animals
- Our chalet village includes our farm dog Seppi and our cats
- Our chickens and goats live next to the pond and are happy to have visitors at the fence
- Feeding and petting is unfortunately not possible
Waste disposal
- There are bins for waste disposal next to our Ski- and Radstadl on our recycling island
Smoking
- Only permitted outdoors
Bicycles and e-bike rental
- You can park your bike in our Radstadl at any time
- E-bike rental possible on site via our partner . Two rental bikes are also available for you in the chalet village
Guest card
- On your arrival you will receive the Allgäu Walser Card from us
- With the guest card you can enjoy numerous benefits in the region

- We are happy to lend you sledges, snowshoes and poles free of charge. (Use at your own risk) Please contact our reception if you are interested.

- Magazines such as "Die Allgäuerin" and "Landlust" as well as the Allgäu newspaper are available for you in the chalets
