Just a stone's throw away from cities such as Munich, Zurich or Stuttgart, relaxation doesn't just start when you arrive - it starts when you set off. No endless freeway traffic jams, no passes over the Alps. Simply get out of the daily grind and into the gentle expanse of the Allgäu.

A two-hour drive - and suddenly there is space again. For thoughts, for joy, for what really counts. Here, at the southernmost tip of Germany, you realize that you don't need much to experience a lot. The most beautiful chapters of a time-out open up around our small chalet village - each of them close, tangible and yet full of new impressions.

Lake Constance shimmers just an hour away - where the Alps are reflected in the water and the air smells like a promise. The Tannheimer Tal is almost around the corner, with its quiet paths, glistening mountain lakes and meadows that look like they've been painted. And the famous Neuschwanstein Castle? It's just under an hour's drive away - and really does look as fairytale-like as you've always dreamed.

If you fancy even more adventure, you can be in the middle of Kleinwalsertal in half an hour. Austrian hospitality, wild and romantic nature and genuine tradition - all within easy reach.
