In our Alpzitt kitchen, the motto is: Enjoying with freedom makes you happy. Our stylish and cozy Genusswerk offers you à-la-carte in the evening with many Alpzitt freedoms. You decide whether you would like to have your dinner with us, you decide whether we can spoil you in your chalet/holiday apartment. Here at the Genusswerk, stylish and cozy ambience, imagination, love-that-goes-through-the-stomach and regional, crisp, fresh ingredients come together in artful food creations. Our chalet guests are always welcome here. Our Genusswerk is open daily, except Sunday. You are welcome to book the à-la-carte from home, but you can also book directly with us on site. Of course, we also deliver all dishes from the Genusswerk to all chalets and spa apartments with our "Seffa".

And we love our home. We are grateful that our village bakery supplies us daily with its fresh baked goods, we are proud of our coffee from Lake Constance, our schnapps from the region, our beer from the neighboring village, our team who all live in our region, our beverage suppliers, our Bavarian tea manufactory, our homemade smoked char, our local chalet firewood (handmade by our grandpa), our care products from the Bregenzerwald, our honey from a small beekeeping business in the neighborhood... We could go on and on with the list.
But what is much more important to us than many facts is that regionality is lived and felt. And the many things in between that make up regionality. We know where we come from and we want to bring you closer to our home.

Our exquisite wine selection is the perfect complement to the culinary delights. We work closely with selected winegrowers to serve you the best wines to match every menu. In addition to fine wines, we also offer a selection of special drinks to delight every palate.

The Genusswerk not only impresses with its culinary delights, but also with its unique ambience. Lots of wood, stone and linen create a rustic, cozy atmosphere that invites you to linger. Real flowers and soft candlelight create an atmospheric, romantic setting - perfect for relaxed moments of enjoyment.
Attention to detail is very important in the Alpzitt chalet village! It is a feast for the eyes, everywhere you look you discover beauty and love. Our chalet offered plenty of space for 4 people, the sauna area was a place to relax and the hot tub, which is wood-fired, was also great fun for the children. Get the wood, make a fire and then relax and soak in the water. It was one of the most relaxing vacations ever for us. The breakfast service in the chalet is unique, the cuisine in the Genusswerk is outstandingly good! Very successful all in all!
I haven't eaten so well in the Allgäu for a long time.
The familiar, friendly and quiet atmosphere in the Allgäu style perfects the enjoyment. The staff were very attentive, courteous and very friendly. The food was simply a delight, the dishes ordered were very varied, of the best quality and cooked and served with love. I was also allowed to take a look inside a chalet. I have the greatest respect for what the Gilb family has created in Burgberg with their Alpzitt Resort.

I am at Alpzitt because I enjoy my work and there is a very good atmosphere. There is also great appreciation for the employees and their work. My favorite place is wherever nature shows itself in all its beauty. My favorite food is dad's pasta salad and mom's béchamel sauce with rice. My favorite hobbies are jogging, carpentry and cycling.
